Sarah at Family Focus Travel was wonderful to work with. She helped me plan our family's Disney World trip not once, but three times! Our first trip in March of 2020 was obviously cancelled, and we had to cancel again in September 2020. Each time, she helped me cancel and rebook our Disney hotel accommodations and park reservations. She provided me with all of the directions and tips on how to make dining reservations and Fast Pass selections (when those were available) as soon as those were open to reserve. Sarah was also available and responsive to my many phone calls and questions. In any event, we were finally able to go on our trip March 30 through April 4. Flights were good, weather cooperated and it was a great trip for my husband and me and our son and his family. Can't thank Sarah enough for all of her help along the way. We will definitely call on her again for our next trip.
Sarah made our first family visit to Disney World a lot easier. A Disney visit for newbies requires long-term planning and insider tips and tricks. Sarah was helpful, patient, friendly, and responsive. I would use her services for future travels.
