We had a wonderful experience with booking our trip to Cancun, Mexico with Oxana in December 2020.nnWe really wanted to visit Atelier Playa Mujeres resort that was not available through typical channels such as Apple Vacations. To our delight, Oxana was able to make the booking for us with no issues.nnOxana provided us with multiple options for the time frame we gave her. This included price options for 7-day stay vs 10-day, as well as various flight options. She also suggested private transfer options. In other words, you will truly get a customized experience to fit your needs and your budget.nnOnce we made our booking, Oxana sent all of the detailed itinerary information via email with additional links to travel forms and any current flight restrictions. She then sent an update a week before our departure and also mailed us an itinerary booklet and a travel journal (nice touch!).nnI also had some last minute questions and Oxana was very prompt to respond to them right away.nnWe loved our hotel and the special bonus privileges that Oxana was able to get us as part of our booking with the hotel.nnOverall, we received an exceptional customer service from Oxana and a customized vacation booking that fit our budget and the time frame. Oksana did a fantastic job planning our honeymoon. We knew we wanted to go some where warm and relax and she provided us with a multitude of options and price ranges. She was even able to include airfare options into the price point which was very helpful.nnEven after we finalized our plans with her, should continued to watch the prices and contacted us when she found the price had actually gone down. She was diligent in her work and thus saved us money. She sent us our documents in the mail with everything we would possibly need for our trip to make it even easier for us.
