I wasn’t a wine drinker and I was so embraced with great customer service by Eric who taught me so much about red wine. Not only that he has an infectious joy about him that on my down day he brought me to great laughter in 5 minutes of encounter. This is what sold me to be a faithful customer to this chain. Thus far everyone I have met there has had great customer service. Great place to get joy and what you need at home to “wine” down with great prices.

Fair prices and friendly staff. The German beer section was missing a lot of stock though. Otherwise They have a solid selection of single malt and blended scotch

I hesitated to write a review because I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt. But I needed to explain why I will likely never come back to this location. My last time there, my wife and I found a wallet outside the store. Lots of information inside that wallet! I took it inside the store hoping I could connect it to its owner. The woman at the customer service counter took the wallet, said it belonged to her daughter, and went to make a phone call. Interestingly, she never thanked me. I felt that I saved her family lots of grief but she turned away from me as if I wasn't even there! It was not the only time I have felt slighted by customer service folks (but not cashiers).Every time I shop there, it seems I'm being especially scrutinized by the guys on the floor. I've wondered if it's because of my race, but how can I truly know? Lots of places have good selections of alcohol, but customer service is a bigger deal--especially during a pandemic! I'll be headed to a friendlier place next time.

This Binnys (and most I've been to) are really excellent. Great selection of local beers. Try to go on off times if you want to avoid people during covid, or just use their online service.
