Part of my necklace was broke and I thought it was going to cost a lot or somewhat expensive. It was an easy 2 minute fix for nothing! Very nice and helpful there! Highly recommend!

I worked with Lisa and she was so great! I was having a hard time finding my wedding band. After seeing what I was liking she said she had a few rings in mind but they didn’t have them in the store at the moment, they had all been sold. She said she would text me if/when they came in. True to her word she did and I came in to look them over. Sure enough she had one that I loved and bought! They were great to deal with and I feel the price was fair.
At a social function in Galena, I told Frank, the owner, about a family ring I wanted rebuilt but I couldn't get a jeweler to do it. He looked at it for me and explained the work was possibly more costly than the ring was worth but that he would do it. Not only is my grandmother 's ring now magnificent and something I can wear, but it was a very reasonable investment for such a priceless outcome. Thank you, Frank!
