Went in today to get my watch adjusted and came out smiling! So friendly and the best customer service I could ask for! You now have all my jewelry and watch business! You guys rock!
I took in a gold piece to get repaired here. It was a simple repair, but they replaced the 14k gold thin jump ring that was broken on my pendant with a much thicker, more sturdy jump ring and did the repair for an extremely reasonable price. The service was also done in less than 48 hours and the staff are extremely friendly. The owner is also very professional and friendly. I felt really comfortable leaving my piece in their hands and I would definitely go again! Had an amazing experience, and really feel pleased about how they repaired my pendant. Recommend this place to anyone looking for jewelry repairs. The piece I brought in was not originally created by them, either, so they can repair any type of piece even if it was made by a different jeweler.
Great experience, bought a second hand gold Rolex and got an unbelievable deal. They serviced it, polished it and it looks brand new for being almost 40 years old. You can't go wrong doing business here.

Edmond and Dawn are two of the most pleasant people I’ve done business with. Edmond is an incredibly skilled craftsman. He was willing and more than capable of making a stunning custom engagement ring for me. Dawn was very friendly and quick with any updates and appointments. I couldn’t recommend them any higher and will definitely be back again- just not for an engagement ring :)
