I met the owner of the store when my mother and I came in to look at engagement rings. She was incredibly off putting and rude. Made the engagement ring process feel like an interrogation, and did not provide any useful help. I have never felt so uncomfortable while shopping.nWorst customer service and attitude. Save yourself from a frustrating experience and go to a store where the owners are virtuous and value customers.
