I needed to get a watch repaired so I checked the internet for the top watch repair shop in the western burbs. So I went to Costello's and was not disappointed. Immediate and terrific service, fair prices, and personal assistance. You can't do better. Give them a try....you won't be disappointed.

Came in right before close thinking I was gonna have to wait for my watch to be fixed until the next day. Instead, they offered to do it on the spot and I left with my watch no more than 10 minutes later. Thanks to Marino for accommodating my needs. Would highly recommend.
I visited the Costello Jewelry store a while ago and I can say that the service was amazing. I had to change the battery of my watch and also change the size of the watch because it was big for me! They did not hesitate to help me out and also made it all for free! Great service and amazing products, especially their rings which can also be made custom if you want. Very friendly environment there and they respect their customers a lot.
