I cannot say enough good things about our recent experience when making arrangements for my mom. John Sullivan and his staff were attentive to our needs and went out of their way to meet them. They were not pushy and didn’t try to over sell anything to us. They handled all the arrangements in a caring yet professional manner. Mom looked beautiful. Her make up and hair were perfect. The chapel was perfect. Everything was perfect. Mom is looking down with a smile, happy with how her services went. Thank you John Sullivan and staff for giving my mom the beautiful send off she deserved.
The McCauly-Sullivan team was extremely caring during this difficult time. The team was very sensitive, kind and professional. We used them twice only a few weeks apart and both times they went above and beyond. The second time they took care of all the paperwork with our loved one who lived out of state.
