I am part of a dawah organization. I called Furqan over and over again over a month to purchase Da'wah materials. They never responded to any of my calls. We had to go with a different organization. The way you deal with the public is horrible. I will never shop there again and will always give anyone that ask about Furqan Bookstore a different option.
Variety of inventory, great customer service and prices
Friendly staff with excellent customer service! Immediate replies to my inquiries and very accommodating. Order was ready to be shipped next business day. Perfect experience all-around.
This is a magnificent bookstore!, good quality books. I received my order after 3 days. Great communications and replies with Furqaan Bookstore staff
I ordered four books from the Al Furqan website. I received an email five days later stating that only half my order was dispatched. Upon emailing and calling, I was told one of the books were no longer in print and the other was not in stock. They charged for shipping for four books and shipped out only two. Upon receiving my order, I was so shocked to see that I received the complete wrong order!! The order was for someone else in a complete different state. The books were ordered for a gift and I am completely disappointed I won't be able to gift them. I've emailed again to correct the issue and hope to receive a full refund and I am VERY sad to say I will most likely not be ordering from here again.
