Lady who runs the place is always crabby and makes you feel like she is either closing in 2 minutes or headed to lunch. She always acts like it’s a hassle to help out. Literally every time we come we leave either not getting our package sent out or having to argue to get it sent.
While the new staff is great, the issue I had was not resolved. Mailed a package Priority 2 Day (paid extra of course) mailed it on the 17th, did not arrive until the 21st. Using all my available fingers and toes, that comes out to 4 days. When i went to complain i was told it was not guaranteed. I'm sorry but the service i selected was specifically called Priority 2 Day not when ever we feel like it. Would not give a refund but told to call the 800 number. When i did it was all automated bs. Told my wait for a customer service rep was over an hour. Not surprised the USPS is hurting financially. False advertising? Bait and switch? Con artists? I DID NOT GET THE SERVICE I WAS PAYING FOR!
Great small town post office. Under new management. The new person is super nice and friendly.
I work until 5 I have never been able to use this facility. Unfortunately I have to use the Post Office on 38 which is super slow. How can this place only stay open until 4:30 during the week. At least have 1 flippin day open until 6. AND they take an hour lunch
The new post master Darcy is great! Now I use this office again!
