After reading all these bad reviews, you all must not of had Autumn , she is the most amazing, most efficient and most friendly USPS Clerk I have ever met. She will make sure that she gets what you need done very quickly and with a smile on her face. I know that postal workers get a bad rap but Autumn is changing that with some quickness. I challenge all of you that left a negative review, to go see Autumn and I guarantee that you will change your mind to 5 stars! Your one in a million Autumn, keep doing what your doing because it’s working :)

I was so glad I stopped by this post office today, I have never been here but based on my experience I will head back when I need to send a package in the future. Compared to my local post office, it was nice to see more than 1 teller open to help the customers in line, having 2 staff members helped get through the line in a decent amount of time. When I got up to the counter, the woman was extremely helpful and had a positive demeanor, she actually showed me a wide variety of books of stamps to look through which was rock star customer service. The facility was clean and had a nice selection of gift cards, all occasion cards, and shipping center, which were all fully stocked as well. I wish all of my trips to the post office went as well as this one and I would highly recommend giving them a try if you are in the area and need one of their services.

This location has always been great as far as I’m concerned. Friendly, professional, and helpful. The lines can be a bit long at times but that’s a budget issue.

Several terrible experiences:n- Mailman posted my package in someone else's mailbox.n-Mailman posted someone else's package in my mailboxn-Mailman reported my package was placed in my mailbox, but it was never delivered.n-When tracking package, it is never delivered at time or day when it said on tracking page.n-When called post office to complain, they do not connect customer to speak to person in charge of complains. Per clerk, person is always unavailable. Always they advice customer to come in person to talk to person in charge.n- Mailman left slip that signature needed for delivery and that my package will be available for pick up in the post office same day after 4 pm. I went in the post office next day, they could not find the package. They assumed that mailman did not returned it from the truck. They gave me a form to request next day re-delivery, which I filled up. There was no delivery next day. Finally next day I went to complain again, and as always I was advised to call office by phone to complain, but at least they find my package.n-Whenever was in post office and wanted to talk to person in charge, I was advised to call office because, person in charge is not there. There is more bad experiences but above mentioned are enough to describe what kind of service this office is providing.nn8/18/20- just double checked about my order: Per Amazon, it has been delivered on 8/15/20 but it was not. I had 2 packages delivered from USPS. ( 2 small packages hardly fit in my mailbox) but package I expected is too big to fit in mailbox. This is happening over and over with this post office. I e-mailed seller to let the seller know I did not get my delivery, and I called post office from work 4 times, I made a big deal of this because it is happening over and over, each time they will put me on hold for supervisor and then they will disconnect me. On the evening on 8/18/20 I received e-mail from seller that per post office my package was delivered on 8/17/20 and if I did not receive it to ask my neighbors if some of them took it accidentally. Nobody but owner and mailman ( each one from the opposite side) have an access to mailbox. Neighbors do not have an access. Finally , when I came home that night, there was key for large mailbox in my personal mailbox. Package was delivered and left in large mailbox . ( That is an extra box where mailman places package that does not fit in personal box. Then owner take the package and return the key in mailbox for mailman). I am wondering where my package was from 8/15 to 8/18/20 and would I ever receive it if I did not make a big deal with both, seller and post office.

Just left there. The lobby smelled like homeless live there. Sorry to be so honest.
