Been very responsive and kind to our family since moving here in 2018. Tough job to balance. If they drop the ball on my watch, I’d have no qualms addressing it with purpose. Noting this, I again state that we feel well served. Thanks to these fine men and women.

Called last night to call my friends vehicle in because we tried the website several times and it didn’t work in her phone. A woman named Michelle on the phone continually argued with me as I told her the website wasn’t working for us. Finally she helped us and filled it out on her computer. My friend said thank you when it was finished and she proceeded to hang up. She was so incredibly immature and rude. Not sure why you would give someone with such poor people skills a customer service job.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got into a car accident last year and the officer that showed up to the scene of the accident did not want to give me a police report after asking for one more than 3x. Few days later I ask around some friends and they tell me I should still ask for one just in case. I Went to the HP station ask for one and the officer comes and ask for certain information to file the report and says “he will take care of it and gives me a report #” i later find out that was never taken care of and now i need one urgency since the other party doesn’t want to be responsible. All because the police officer was being lazy and unprofessional. And all the people I’ve spoken to over the phone are so rude and unprofessional. Worst service ever

Have encountered Hanover Park police twice . One officer was very nice and despite having ticketed me, his demeanor was appropriate and kind. The second time another officer was extremely rude to my husband over a speeding ticket. His attitude was completely unnecessary. However I just called the station to inquire about a public works related issue and the secretary was the nicest person I have encountered on the phone in a long time ! Just wanted to compliment her she was truly pleasant to speak with

Got pull over by Hanover police sitting in the back of my brothers girlfriend's car near hertiage park residential area. We ,4 of us,just came back from eating dinner in wicker Park. She was stone cold sober and got pulled over for swerving. She also knew she was being followed cause her brother pointed it out as soon as he saw them u turn. They accussed my brothers gf of lieing about it being her car cause it registered to her Dad and then it just got bad. They searched all of us and used dogs to search around the car while the car was damaged by the dog. Huge scratches in the driver's door and trunk. Found nothing. No tickets issued. Worst experience ever. She needs to move to schaumburg and stay away from Hanover Park. If you're considering Hanover Park beware the cops are something else. Will be filling a complaint against the officer and the department.
