Xiomara was absolutely amazing!!! I went there on Wednesday and had to return for more things on Thursday! She gives the greatest advice and super sweet! I will definitely be returning!! Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Return policy of this store is very bad. Even though the receipt says that a full refund will be provided if the customer is not satisfied with the product, this lady, Lorronda, refused to honor the return. She said she would do an exchange but can't take the return. Her reason for not taking the return was very silly. She said she won't be able to take the return because we had her remove the links to adjust the size because of which she won't be able to sell it in the store. So my question is how is she able to do the exchange in that case (without taking it back from us)?nnThe Customer Service offered to help me so I'll still be a Michael Kors customer even after this bad experience at this store in Woodfield mall. I always buy Michael Kors from Amazon and never had any issues so far. I wouldn't recommend this store in Woodfield mall. They are good at sales but their customer service sucks!
