Judy was amazing! We were browsing for new wedding bands with no idea what we liked. She pulled out pieces that I absolutely adored. She wasn’t pushy at all and even gave us her cell phone number to contact with questions. We did contact her when we were ready to purchase our new bands. We had gone to 4 other jewelry stores at Woodfield prior to Rogers & Holland, but decided to purchase our new bands there because of Judy. Thank you so much!!
Judy and John were a huge help to me in my recent purchase. I was able to design a custom ring in an hour with their expertise. I went in with a specific design I wanted, and they were able to make it happen for over 3k less than I anticipated with a lifetime warranty. I won't be buying jewelry anywhere else.
This store helped me find the perfect engagement ring. I cant speak highly enough of the entire staff. 7 out of 5 stars in my book. They talked us through diamond cuts and settings and prices and came up with her dream ring UNDER MY BUDGET LIMIT. If you need a good jewelry store to go to go here. Don't hesitate. These people will help you like you're their own family which I cant say for the bigger jewelry stores that see dollar bills when you walk in as opposed to here they want to find you the best and brightest piece while staying within your monetary confines. Thank you to everybody that this location you guys are unbelievable. I will be back and I will refer anybody I know to this location
We were at Woodfield Mall and Judy was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and patient. My fiance was talking about what she liked and I was clueless. Luckily Judy understood and saved the day. She was able to bring forward some rings that were to my fiance's liking. I would highly recommend adking for Judy when you go in.
I love shopping at Rogers and Holland’s especially the Schaumburg location!! All the staff is amazing!!!If you stop in ask for Lynn she is extremely patient. Lynn spent a long time with me looking at rings. She showed me every ring I asked to see and didn’t push me to buy anything. I was debating between an amethyst (purple) ring and a green (amethyst) ring. Lynn patiently and kindly listened to me as I debated and never once made me feel like I was taking to much time!! Lynn is truly a gem and I would definitely ask for her again next time I shop at Rogers and Holland’s!!nJohn is wonderful too! Always remembers my husband and I, makes us feel welcome!! Always listens to what we are looking for and makes an effort to say hi, even if he is with another customer. John is always honest and sincere.nMiguel is great too. Very patient, listens, and provides great advice when picking out jewelry.nOverall, the staff at Schaumburg are truly a class act!!!
