Came in today to pick out a piece for an anniversary present. Tyler was beyond helpful, and made the experience fun and easy. It was just like shopping with a friend. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

I had one of the best customer service experiences at Alex and Ani with Kelly. She was very helpful while I was struggling to find a piece that could represent my brother who recently passed away. Kelly had such empathy and really knew what would be best for the situation, she seemed very knowledgeable about the product! I will definitely be going back to Alex and Ani to see Kelly, again.

Kelly was helping me and my sister but wasn’t helpful and seemed annoyed that we weren’t sure what we wanted. We left the store and came back a different day and Jammie and Selena helped me....BEST service since going to a A&A. Selena was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will come back and hope to see them. Not Kelly
