I had a gift item what I wanted to exchange and I was 3 weeks out of the exchange policy. I explained the reasoning why I couldn't be there within the 60 days, Jackie the assistant manager said that she will only give back the lowest price and no tax. In this competitive world where I can go other places to buy my clothes you don't want to treat customers this way. I like the clothing what you have but I don't want to go back to your store. I didn't ask anything more to give me a store credit what my friend paid for the sweater, nothing else. If you don't help with this, I won't help with your business, your sales...I will take my business somewhere else.
