Honestly the staff here is amazing. Such kind energetic friendly individuals. Everyone has such a positive attitude and truly LOVE helping you feel glam. I love Chicos, but my experience in this location was not good. Last Saturday I went and returned a gift from my son, I asked to the lady for petite size, maybe she didn't understand me, for my English , but I felt like she ignored me. I decided to asked for a store credit instead of looking for another top.nnI won't buy in this location anymore. They make feel like invisible
We had a wonderful shopping experience at the Chico's in the Woodfield Mall on Friday. The store was absolutely clean and all clothing items were well displayed as expected for a Chico's store. Connie was wonderful and really helped us find and match outfits, as well as her co-worker Bandu. We found lots of things on sale & Connie made our checkout and review of purchases smooth and easy. As always they had lots of gorgeous and well matched clothes for spring as well as for vacation travel. I highly recommend this Chico's store in Woodfield Mall.
