Good service with fair pricesnRecently I have visited this shop. Employees are friendly. Before visiting to the store I have personally called and inquired about items and prices. They responded very well. Prices are fair and they will weigh the item in front of you and will let you know.nOnly thing is they have less staff and you need to wait in the queue. But the waiting time is not more than 5 minutes.

Worst customer service possible! Google should allow negative rating for this place. Employees do not respect customer at all. I went here to shop for mangalsutra, rings and bangles. Upon entering the store, no one paid attention to us - employees simply ignored us. No one came forward to attend to us. We waited for a while and then left as none of the employees were ready to even interact with us. I wanted to give this store a benefit of doubt and hence returned here for the second time. We had the exact same experience and this time the store wasn't even crowded. If you don't want to get humiliated, don't go here. Save your time and go to Regal Jewellers or Charmi Jewellers. Worst shopping experience ever!
