Owner Charmi has no idea what she is doing. I needed to repair my gold necklace. It was very minor thing . She told us that she can fix it right away. When we went there, instead of fixing it. She actually broke my necklace even more infront of us. Instead of appologising she was showing wrong attitude. I will never go back to the store again. They don't even deserve 1 star.nnVery disappointing behavior.

Great job. This place removes watch links. The price varies between $10 to $15 depending on the effort on the watch. My watch was relatively straightforward and this job cost me $10 which is reasonable compared to the places that are a flat $15 no matter what. Cash is preferred. So stop at the ATM before you visit but you're saving $5 compared to some of the other places. I was told however a more complex watch could cost $15 I am just disclosing my experience today at this business. I would come back again to have further watch links removed. Very nice very polite clean environment.

We went for baby ear piercing. The staff was very friendly. But they do the ear piercing with gold plated earring. If you ask also they won’t say that the earring is not gold before piercing. Afterwards they will say it’s the just gold plated and later you need to discard it. Price for piercing and the gold plated earring is on higher side.nWe bought few silver item too. Each has higher fixed price. Won’t mention the weight of the item.

Went there to buy gold with my sister in law as she did not had time to go to divan, saleswomen at time of buying changed price twice, also lied about amount of gold, we being amature gold buyers still did not walked out and bought some stuff and paid all due. One ring required some modification so they asked us to come back. To our surprise when we went back they asked for more money and told us our saleswomen made mistake in bill. Had to pay this beggars as we did not had time to argue. As other reviewers mentioned customer service is pathetic with some stupid old age people who dont have any idea how to treat customer. We made mistake of buying due to lack of time and without reading reviews. As other reviewers mentioned all 5 star reviews are from their relatives, mostly their customers will give them negative review.
