Brought wife's diamond ring in for new head, a 6 prong. Happy with results when it came back. Also, the cleaning was incredible. The diamond never sparkled so much in a long time. Will be back for any needs in the future
I had several watches in need of repair, Lisa and Connie were extremely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. I was treated as if I was a high end client despite only having repairs done, not to mention their pricing for repairs and services are beyond fair. I highly recommend them.
Lisa helped my fiance and I create truly the perfect engagement ring. She was very helpful and quickly put me at ease with the ring purchasing process. Lisa worked with us over several weeks to ensure we got exactly what we wanted in the ring. Tim and Lisa were able to rush the final order, so I would have the ring ready for the proposal at a special event. Also, they have two really nice dogs at the shop on weekends. Everything was great and I would recommend Timothy Grant Jewelry to anyone!
All though they were so very kind and pleasant to deal with, the fact that it took 3 times to get a ring re-set in a new mount with a change in plating was a bit unsatisfactory. With that being said, they are very good at what they do and the ring turned out beautifully.
