Went here for a watch battery replacement, when I got home I realized the stopwatch mechanism was shifted 3 units to the right. I went back to see if there was anything they could do to help me and the man at the desk had a very hostile attitude towards me. Said they don't do watch repairs here and there was nothing they could do for me. Quick battery replacement for cheap, this is the spot to go. Any quality timepiece needs service, look elsewhere.

I rushed to get here before they closed at 6.nI got here about 10 minutes ago and they were already closed. Iam not happy at all. I will go elsewhere. The hours on the door and online said opn until 6 PM on Friday. No one answered the phone at 5:50 either.
Lester has been our jeweler since 2001. Always knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Family owned and run. Wouldn’t trust anyone to take my ring out of my sight to take in the back to have cleaned. Wanted a Emerald cut for my engagement ring. Lester steered my fiancé to a princess cut. Slightly smaller than the Emerald cut but much better quality diamond.
