We had an uninvited squirrel living in our garage and got multiple quotes that seemed outrageously expensive for very little work. We found Catseye - they came out so quickly, assessed the issue for free, gave us a quote for the work (that was reasonable) and a thorough explanation of what goes into the removal of the animal. They offered year-round services to monitor for any other issues - ants, bees, mice, etc - and we decided to go with them for this as well. Wonderful experience - excellent work and customer service and very knowledgeable people. We definitely recommend them for any and all pest issues (including mosquito services!).
They are always so professional and their customer service is amazing. Always call to let you know they’re on their way and call with an update of the inspection. Highly recommended!!
Our technician, Nelson, was great. He arrived within the scheduled window and took his time to explain what he was doing. He set traps in both attics, as well as the basement. We walked the perimeter of the house and he plugged some open holes that could be potential access points for mice. We have used other services previously and we are extremely pleased with our service and hope the other technicians are as detailed, if we are unable to get him with our future visits.
Our technician, Nelson, was prompt, professional and friendly. He explained the procedures and answered my questions. We are thankful for this company and are hopeful our pest problems will soon be gone. Thank you to Nelson and the team at Catseye.
