The main man Dean and all his staff, Jordan, and Kaitlyn, were easy and great to deal with. The vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and everything was explained up front as to cost and time. They took the time to find the problem and kept in contact with me during the period. Thanks.

Called for a quote on replacing my AC compressor. Lady who answered the call acted as if I wrongly called her house or something. "Who is this?"... Me: "A potential customer". Who addresses potential business like that for asking for a quote? Next was "We don't give quotes over the phone" FIRST SIGN OF A CON! I'm from NY. I know these tricks inside and out! Every place else gave me a quote EXCEPT HERE. A&C will get my business instead, since they DO give quotes over the phone. These people obviously assume that everyone who calls in is either dumb or beneath them. They need our business - we don't need their service!

Overall I am very pleased with the service provided at the Las Cruces Aamco. Jordan and Dean are very professional and courteous as well as the whole staff.They did a free diagnostic on my vehicle to find the root of the problem.Price was fair but job performance means a lot. Brought a whole new trust to mechanics. Also there was a special lady there whom took time out of her busy day to give me a ride home and also pick me up to go for my vehicle. Thank you so much Pat for everything that you do and thanks again to the Aamco staff for a job well done. Will definitely come back for future service. Highly recommend

I own a top-rated repair shop in Tempe Arizona. We did a repair on a customers car that had a problem with a valve cover gasket we replaced. The customer had moved to Las Cruces NM and went to this AAMCO repair shop to see what happened. The valve cover gasket we replaced was leaking they said. We gave them the information for the extended warranty company we use and they agreed to pay the fee for replacing the gasket. These guys insisted that the leak had caused the spark plug coils to go bad and the spark plugs needed to be replaced too. I told them that they were wrong, and that they only needed to replace the gasket and maybe the spark plug coil boots if the y were soaked in oil. I asked to speak to the owner, the manager, or the tech in charge of the repair, NONE of witch I was EVER allowed to speak with during this whole fiasco. The person kept giving the phone to some guy named Jordan, who unfortunately was caught in the middle of an argument he never started nor wanted to be involved in. Hector, the "alleged master mechanic NEVER called back or responded to my requests (3) to discuss the matter and tell them that it is the consumers choice to do what they want to do, not their choice to say "do it our way or we won't do the job or we won't warranty it". Well, they convinced the unlearned young man that owned the car that they couldn't do the job and guarantee it unless he conceded to do it "their way". I had been communicating with his mother, (my customer), but in the meantime they fixed it their way and charged $725 for the "needed" repairs. I ended up paying $533 of it out of my pocket to do the right thing for my customer and her son... We were all victimized by this rip-off shop of thieves. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
