After waiting for 30 minutes for them to figure how to use my insurance card, I had to call the insurance and have then help cvs read it, they finally realize they filled the wrong prescription, and there I sat again for a good 20 minutes

I know everyone has a bad day but.....I went to the CVS on main st in Medway this morning not feeling well to buy some medicine and the cashier must have watched me walk in. She asked me very rudely if I was in a handicapped spot which I told her no and proceeded to show her where my car was parked. Even after I said no, she continued on that it looks like I am which I was not. Not only was she rude to me but she was rude to the customer before me. If you’re having that bad of a day, maybe you should stay home!!
