This is the head of a ten or eleven mile paved trail that runs through Milford, including part of the downtown area. It is used by cyclist, walkers, and runners. There's a section about 3 mi down from this parking lot that's pretty hilly but most of it is fairly level with only slight inclines. It does cross several streets and several on and off ramps for Interstate 495, but these have warning signs for drivers and are usually in a place where it's easy to see traffic.nThis is a great trail and even though it's 10 mi from my home, my wife and I often use it.

This welcome organization lending parking at the head trail of Milford's premier recreation area. Handicap accessible parking and paved trail offer opportunity for all to enjoy the natural surrounding yet still be close to local amenities. Well done and worth the stop.

Great biking trail ...I took the offroad trail as well and was worth it..
