Visited just to have a watched fixed and ended up buying a very nice ring for my wife. The customer service was beyond what I could have ever expected. They changed the stone on the ring at no charge, got my watch fixed and on another visit they cleaned my wife's wedding band for free! These folks are class acts! And the fact that they're family owned is a bonus! I HIGHLY recommend Reiniger Jewelers for any of your watch or jewelry needs!nnThey didn’t disappoint during a return visit! After shopping around bought a pair of diamond earrings, I ended up getting a great deal on a custom pair of diamond earrings. They even beat the prices at the base exchange. If you’re jewelry shopping, you have to give them a visit!
Went in to have help with a repair to a necklace and to have it shortened. They were able to do the repairs that other companies told me couldn’t be done. They made extra earnings and a pendent to go on a beautiful adjustable chain that we purchased there.nMake sure you ask to see one of the guys, they were outstanding. Thank you Doug and Paul! This meant the world to me.
Reiniger make it easy to shop locally with a great selection of gems and unique cuts that are priced as good as any large brick and mortar or web store. Also great after the sale service to keep your investment like new. Really enjoy shopping there which I can’t say about many places nowadays.
We shop exclusively with Reiniger Jewelers for a number of reasons. They stand behind everything they sell. They have onsite designer, jeweler, and repair. They respect your budget and show you lovely items within your price range! The store is small, but their collection is beautifully curated. In the past they have gone out of their way to find a piece for me based on a picture. My purchase this past visit was not expensive, yet I received the same respectful treatment as the young man that was looking at an absolutely stunning engagement ring. They have done professional engraving and repair work for me in the past. Patti, the store associate, obviously enjoys her job. Karen is a jewel. I love her customer service. She's always willing to help meet your needs. Instead of just trying to sale you anything she listens to your wants and try to aid and assist to the best of her ability. If her store doesn't have what you're looking for she checks different locations and try to get you what you want. She's always smiling and so pleasant. I applaud her on a job well done.
