We have a Subzero refrigerator. After 20 years, the freezer failed. We called Clarke to have it repaired. It was expensive but they fixed it. However, it stopped working after a couple of weeks. I called Clarke and they immediately sent Eddie, who had performed the work initially. He identified a broken wire and acknowledged that it was probably something that happened during the initial repair. He fixed it and it is now working perfectly. No charge. This is what honest companies do. Clarke is not perfect but they stand by their work. Eddie is not just a hard worker but also an honest and capable man. I would not hesitate to recommend Clarke, particularly if Eddie is the one who services your appliance.

If I could give less then a star I would.nThey are a total ripoff for service.nI wanted to have a technician come out tonget a serial number off my cooktop and oven so I could replace some partsnand they wanted $140 for the first appliance and $85.nfor the 2nd??? They serviceman was going to be here anyway?? How long does it take to look up a serial number?nAnd I purchased them all from them.

Update: A Subzero representative contacted us and wanted a review on the service given by Clark. I told him the truth. The Subzero representative made it right by reimbursing half the cost and told us to contact him if we had any further issues. The very next day the part installed failed. Subzero scheduled a service call within 48 hours. A new compressor was installed and has been working as it should be. Thank you.nnAll I can say is stay away from getting your appliance serviced through Clark Subzero in Milford. A 12 year warranty part cost almost $700 to install. This includes the $135 service call. I asked why it was costing this much to replace and install the part. I was told by service tech that was what the company told him to charge. I told him it was an incredibly high cost for labor and he said it was a very difficult 4 hour job and the part alone cost $1200 which was still under warranty. He was in and out of my home in 40 minutes. I called back and asked why I was told it was a 4 hour job and he clearly lied to my face and said I never said that, I said 2 hours at most. I called customer service and they gave me the BS on how experienced the tech needs to be to replace this part and I also had to pay for his license fee. STAY AWAY!
