Joe and the staff at NWG are always responsive and helpful whenever I have brought my cars in for service. They do a great job and are fairly priced. I have always had a great experience here in getting inspections, maintenance, or other more major repairs done.
Not very impressed with this shop - my wife and I used to go there as we like to support good local businesses whenever possible, and we were happy customers. But last time they wanted to charge me over $500 to replace an Oxygen Sensor. I ended up doing it myself in 20 minutes, for less than $30.
Nice service station
Thanks for figuring out why my check engine light was on and for taking the time to make sure the car was able to pass inspection. I really appreciated the use of the loaner car in the meantime.
