I ordered the 2 for $6 Special, one Fish with no lettuce and extra tarter sauce and one Roast Beef with cheese. What I received was a Fish Sandwich WIITH lettuce and regular tarter sauce and a Roast Beef WITHOUT cheese. The food was barely warm and was ready so quickly that I had the impression that they just gave me sandwiches that were ready and sitting under heat lamps before I even ordered and they just gave me what they ready. I did not have to wait in line at all but, still, the food was bagged up and ready as soon as I had paid my bill. I have gone to the Waterloo Arby's many times and never before had I received such bad service.
This is where hungry people are satisfied. Tonight we had their famous loaded italian sandwiches. Hard to beat them, a great add to their menu.
Stopped in for a quick burger & cup of coffee while my car charged across the street at the bank. The guy who took our order was really nice seemed to really care that we were happy. Lobby was really clean. Men’s restroom was also clean. I don’t get to say that much I’m afraid.
The employee's are very rude. Food is just slapped together. I won't go back to this one. It's sad because this is one of my favorite places to eat
Good but disappointed Gyro special not available. I don't get to Waterloo that often but when I do, I always go to ARBY'S.
