My son got married this past weekend- and we picked up Shorty’s bbq and sides for the rehearsal. SO glad we did! The food was (as always) fantastic! So many people complimented the food. AND the sauce (can’t go wrong with the honey bourbon sauce!)nThey were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We have been there many times for a meal, and I’m here to tell ya, that using their food for a catered meal is just as rewarding! Price was great too! We were so happy to have a great experience with a local place! We love to shop and eat local, and Shorty’s did not disappoint! Thanks, guys!!

Today was my first time coming here. This place is AMAZING!!!! The interior is beautiful and the food is literally to die for. The burnt ends....WOW. The ribs, pork steaks and smash burger were so good too (we had a big group and shared everything). I drove 50 minutes to try this place and it was WORTH THE DRIVE. I’ll definitely be back. Make sure you go there early, they sell out fast!

I am super picky about my ribs. It's hard to find a place that has my perfect texture on the outside and falls off the bone just right. Not that sloppy fall off nonsense. When you take that Bute and it comes off with just the right amount of tension.nnFound it here!nnI also have to say the pulled pork was amazing as well. Blessed to have a few pieces of the half a massive pork steak that was take home cause of the portion size.nnBrandon who is one of the partners understanding of hospitality was way above my expectations. The staff was really attentive even with the kids jumping back and forth in between tables.nnShort drive from South County we will most certainly be taking advantage of that.nnCongratulations Brandon and team you have something special!

I'm not usually that into BBQ, but I've been to a lot of BBQ joints because my wife loves it.nnWe both agree, Shorty's is about as good as it gets. I love the brisket sandwich.nnSometimes they have tacos. When they do, get them. Get extra, too, because you're not going to be able to stop eating them. They're amazing, and I wish they had them all the time.nnAll of the sides are fabulous, but I particularly love the potato salad.nnWhether you're a fan of BBQ or not, you can't miss this place.

Absolute favorite BBQ place! There’s a wide range of food to get so even picky eaters can find something. My personal favorites are the brisket and Mac & cheese with their BBQ sauce. Would 10/10 recommend for someone to try who has not. I have been a returning costumer and will continue to be:)
