I came in to alton in 1992 and on and off i live in the area after coming out of the army, i had no problems with any law enforcement, i always follow the law in the state which i live so i have no problem, i am pleased with A.P.D, those who have problems are those who cause them for themselves, personally i plan on buying a house in Alton in the near future because of the level of safety that A.P.D delivers, if you are a problem child that's your own problem and i can't care less.GO A.P.D.
Called to issue a noise complaint. 2 hours later, noise was still happening at 11:30 PM. Called again and the girl’s tone was extremely rude, saying the cop just went there 10 minutes ago and didn’t hear anything. ??? I’ve heard it 3 houses down for the past 2 hours. Clearly did not want to waste their time on something that wasn’t a murder. I ended up walking over myself and confronting the noisy people. But maybe the people that get paid to do that should next time.

These dumb ass kiddie cops pick and choose what to do in all situations regiardleasa of facts on sided un fair and just wrongnI went reported where I aeen my stolen property and just pass the buck no one lifted a finger 28,000 $ missing but came.and charged me with 39$ so called theft. REALLY. NOW THATS BOGUS
