I would NOT recommend!!!nMy mother was there for a short time. During her stay she had to call me for me to call the nurses desk. They took her call light from her and would come in turn it off and leave. She was there for rehab and was immobile couldn't do a lot for herself. At one point she called me cause she was vomiting and they wouldn't help her. When I picked up her belongings from there that vomit was in a bio hazard bag included with her stuff. I overheard a conversation between my mother and the staff. That staff was saying how the facility was under staffed and she wasn't doing anymore. I will be notifying the neglect and abuse hot line.

A wonderful rehab and long term care community. Staff is always smiling and engaging with the residents. Quietly located in an Alton neighborhood offering spacious rooms and lovely activities. Tours are encouraged and welcomed!

Integrity of Alton is a wonderful place to work. The staff go above and beyond to care for the residents whether they are short stay or long term placement. Managers are involved with all the care and are always willing to help.

Wonderful, attentive, caring staff! Great management team and residents needs, wants, safety, and rights are a priority there which is hard to find anymore!

It's a wonderful place to work. Residents and staff are the best. Clean facility. Been in this facility for many many years. Love the residents and staff.
