Rebecca, from Whole Body Physical therapy is wonderful! She’s very knowledgeable, so I feel like I can trust her, but she also explains what she’s doing and why she does it in a way I can understand.nI’m an endurance runner. Rebecca understands how important running is to me, so she gives me advice and exercises that are specifically targeted to keep me running strong. I can’t recommend her enough!

It’s hard to even put into words how great Rebecca is at whole body. I have been a runner For about the last 20 years with little to no pain up until this last year.(40 wasn’t easy on me ud83dude33)nI started having hip and piriformis issues. They got so bad it was keeping me up at night. I was also having severe neck pain, and tightness. It was causing severe headaches, numbness and tingling in my back. I had finally reached a point where I couldn’t deal with it anymore. I had heard about whole body, and decided to give her a call. It has been the best decision I have made! I have tried everything, chiropractor, massage, ice, heat and Nothing had worked. I started at whole body a little over a month ago working on trigger point release and muscle Fascia scraping. Rebecca also has you do exercises that she uploads into the app, making it super easy to do at home. All of this together in just a little over a month has made me pain-free. I even slept through the night, and had a dream! This hasn’t happened in months, and I mean months! We are still working, and she is coming up with a plan to strengthen the right muscles to prevent this from happening again.nRebecca has your whole body in mind when helping you.
