We needed a storage unit on very short notice and Dave was so accommodating and willing to work with us. We had a last minute change of plans and no longer needed the unit, but we would definitely have used it had the other opportunity not come up. I highly recommend this location - excellent customer service, convenient, clean... all around a great option.
I've loved working with these people since 2011. They are professional and efficient and eager to meet the needs of their clientele. Their security is top-notch. I highly recommend Murray Utah Storage.
The owners of this place are fantastic! They were so good to me during a very difficult time. This is the BEST STORAGE PLACE in Salt Lake County!
Had to get a last minute storage unit, and they were still willing to give us one after hours so that we could move our stuff in. Staff in the office was very kind and professional. The intention was only suppose to be a few days, and ended up extending past our deadline to be out. Spoke to the owner and explained our situation, and he was more than willing to work with us. That was beyond what we expected, since we had to extend twice. Greatest customer service we've experienced in a long time, and they saved us so much money! We would definitely recommend them to ANYONE seeking storage facilities! They're awesome!
