Booked load a day ahead with Roger.Was posted as FCFS 6 am-10 pm and delivery FCFS 7am-8 pm.When we book he stated delivery appointment 7.09 am and ETA for pick up given 10-11 then he wrote 6-11 fcfs.Next day we sent email with ETA 9.30 am and he responded load is ready 1-2 pm.When I called and asked what happened he told me he stated that yesterday.I told him he never mentioned and he treated me if I want or no load. Of course I dropped load because I don't like lies. Later he posted load with open window both ends.
Haven't gotten a job with them but I went in today to apply and called the other day about employment. It's been a very positive experience and am hopefully to work with everyone :)
