Nick did a great job as always. He's always polite and respectful of our home and very understanding with my barking dog. He had someone he was training and she was kind as well. It was interesting to hear him explain some things to her and it showed me that he really knows his stuff. I really appreciated that they wore masks during inside my home as well. I recommend Perfection Pest to anyone looking for pest control.

I have used this company for nearly 4 years now. They are fantastic! Before going with them I had a big name company and wanted to keep my business local. I have been impressed with Perfection Pest Management! Great response times, honest people, trustworthy, and do a thorough job. I have their full service plan which includes the mosquito service in the summer. That is worth every penny! As for price, they are extremely affordable! I am extremely happy with them! Totally recommend them!

This is the beginning of year two with Perfection Pest Management. I have used professional pest control companies at my home for 14 years now, and the one thing I demand as a customer is SERVICE. You will always have an issue from time to time, but it how the company responds that really matters. Well, I discovered how Perfection Pest Management responds this past week. On Easter Sunday, I had company over for dinner , and because of the great weather, we were mostly outside on the deck or patio. It was then that I found a very active ant trail running from my basement door, around a section of my home. On Wednesday night, I remembered that I needed to contact Perfection Pest Management , and I text to a phone number I had been given by Alan a year ago. I did not expect a return call/text before the next business day, but within 5 minutes, Alan was texting and asking questions about my issue. I knew this issue was unique, caused by a sudden warm up, but Alan had a technician out by Friday, and the issue was resolved. That is SERVICE, and that is why I will stay with Perfection Pest Management.

Allen and his team operate a growing family operated business. They set themselves apart professionally having nice branded service vehicles, uniformed employees, to they way they communicate a reminder that you have a upcoming appointment. After the service, you receive a time stamped invoice electronically that shows just how long your service took to perform, it also lists out what was done and why. This all leaves you fully confident in the service performed - oh...the best part, you do not see any un welcome spiders or bugs!

My biggest complaint was boxelder bugs, Japanese beetles and spiders. I took a chance on the expense of a professional. Well I picked the right one! Perfection Pest Management team is professional yet personable, kind and caring of my property. Best of all affordable! Thanks Allen, Nick and team for taking care of my home!
