This was by far the best experience Ive had at a great clips. The ladies where lots of fun, having a great time. Where attentive and very knowledgeable. Set my teenager straight about his curly hair and gave hime great tips on how to care for it. I will definitely be back when its time to do mine.
I did not have an appointment, so had to wait 30 minutes, but no problem. The haircut was great, she did exactly as I wanted.
Staff was great but the web site wasn't. Staff gets 5 stars. Web site gets 0.
They discriminated against my nephew who is 4 and severely disabled and refused to cut his hair bc he couldn't sit in a chair on his own even though his mother offered to hold him on her lap both of them wearing masks... They refused to let her do that as well saying its not allowed. The manager denied them service completely. I might add that this has never been an issue w other staffing! If I cld give them 0 stars thats what they deserve. Either get new management or train your manager the proper way to help disabled customers!
We always have a very good experience of Great Clips their professional and they follow CDC regulations when it comes to wearing a mask
