As soon as you walk in the door you're welcomed with a lady behind the counter super polite! Nurse was very welcoming and friendly. The doctor was by far hands down the NICEST and politest. It was very easy to talk to her and felt like I got all the information I needed! Highly recommend!

Jensen Optometrists do an outstanding job all around. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They make you feel comfortable, explain your specific needs and conditions, and always ask for and answer your questions. I've always had a positive experience with them. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I had my yearly eye exam today at Jensen Optometrist. It’s always a pleasant experience with the friendly staff and Doctors. I feel they do a very thorough examination and that they really care about my eye health. They submit the paperwork to my insurance after each appointment. I would highly recommend going to Jensen’s for a great eye exam and a great selection of frames to choose from. They have a new service at Jensen’s called Eyecare Spa where you can receive custom facials & waxing and tinting services with Lexie Smith. I’m anxious to try out those new services!!

Had a great experience with Dr. Joseph today, answered all my questions and concerns. All staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, also very surprised I was able to get my glasses the same day as my exam. Will be back!

Excellent eye care office. My appointment was on time, and all the staff was very cheerful and helpful. Great selection of glasses. Would highly recommend this practice.
