Great friendly department! Always willing to go out of their way to show our children the fire trucks when we go down. The above review must be a disgruntled individual that doesn’t realize that firefighters are not able to give rides to any civilian under any circumstance. I’m sure they did exactly what they were trained to do in that situation.

I would give them zero stars if that were an option. I pulled in the mall parking lot to give an old man a ride bc he was walking (with a walker) in freezing weather when he fell on the ice, I jumped out to see if he was ok and had Manny call 911 as he had stopped too. After calling it took at least 10 min to get down there, then after they stopped n got him up (without even checking for injuries) they were gna send him on his way walking home again!! Didnt even offer to take him home. Seems as tho Mr Crew should spend a lil time learning common courtesy instead of an hr fixing his moustache.
