We haven't visited the buffet yet, but the take out food is the highest quality! I've had a lot of sub-par take out Chinese food, but this is leaps above the rest! Every bite was well-cooked, soft where it should be, and crispy where it should be.nnThe wonderful person who took my order was also very accommodating to an admittedly picky couple like us - one carnivore and one vegetarian. She was more than willing to answer our questions about the ingredients and make personalized changes as needed.nnI'll definitely be going back often.
