ReserveBar is amazing an service! I have received my package in a timely manner and the customer service team is a pleasure to work with. I 100% recommend this company. It is great for sending gifts to family members, friends, and loved ones.

ReserveBar is awesome! Definitely my go-to site for purchasing special occasion gifts for family and friends. I also use ReserveBar to send clients their favorite spirits throughout the year. Love that RB will custom engrave the bottle for that special impact. Incredible selection and very responsive customer service.

I am extremely disappointed in the ordering system of ReserveBar. When the Limited Edition Jane Walker whiskey was released, I hopped on it and even informed a family member in a different state of the product which she ordered as well. As we were on the phone while ordering online, I finished placing my order about 5 minutes before she did. She received her order within 2 days and I was told more than 24 hours later that it was sold out and backordered for a month. Bad customer experience and, unfortunately, I cannot give my recommendation for ReserveBar nor will I attempt to purchase through them again.

It took them 6 weeks to send bottles they already had in inventory and 4 bottles of my order are still missing; their customer relationship department does not reply to email and they don't even have a contact number. Very poor professionalism overall.

Avoid at all cost not worth the hassle. I get email that my order is processed and ready to ship, week later still nothing I get that there is pandemic and all but feel like its being used as an excuse to not do things
