My wife and I have been working with Kevin for some time, beginning with our simple wedding bands. He’s repaired antique jewelry, advised on anniversary gifts and guard rings celebrating the birth of our children. He completely walked us through the redesign of a family gemstone ring using styles similar to well renowned jewelers (photo). He has a keen sense of his client’s tastes and desires. He’s creative and delivers on his promises. I highly recommend Kevin and Cardinal Gems. But most importantly, Kevin is a delight to work with and a true gentleman in every sense of the word.

My wife, Alex, has been wanting new sapphire earrings for a while now and I decided Christmas was the perfect time to surprise her. I reached out to Kevin, who was such a big help. Kevin did a great job of navigating me through a variety of different options, at all different price points, and helping me pick the perfect pair for her. He has clear knowledge and expertise of the space and brings that to his costumers in a relaxed, trustworthy, personalized way. Buying jewelry has always been an overwhelming experience. Kevin took the time to explain everything to the point where I feel like I was part of the process. I appreciate that I am leaving the experience, not only with a custom ring for my wife, but a better understanding of gems and how everything works. I would have never found what I wanted in a store. Kevin took the time to understand what I wanted and why I wanted it, and somehow from that he created the perfect ring. It took a while, but I found my jeweler.

Kevin helped me reset a pair of earrings and repurpose a sapphire and diamond from two old pieces that I never wore into a new ring. Both items turned out beautifully!!! Really enjoyable experience and I’m already coming up with ideas for future projects. Thank you so much!!!
