I had a plumbing leak inside my wall. Once technician located it, he quoted me a price and I truly had no choice as leaks must be fixed. So he fixed my leak. Awesome service and very efficient. I thought a little too pricey but excellent service and respectful of my home. Tech even put on shoe coverings before entering my home A+

This firm is extremely costly to do business with! I was charged $285 for a 15 min job. I had a very small droplet leak coming from improper flux and soldered on my copper tubing coming from my water heater. The technician used a slip joint to repair and he was in and out in 15 minutes. I am 69 years old on a fixed social security income and i feel that since I am elderly, he took advantage of me. I cannot and will not recommend this firm and will never use them again. Extremely disappointed over the price. I paid double the price of a normal call. What if I had a serious Plumbling problem? This firm did me and my wife wrong but it will come back to hunt them, especially during this pandemic times when we need help. Do not even consider this ripoff company!!!!!

I am very much satisfied by their services. They installed 2 AC units n also installed 2 gas water heaters. They are professional n highly recommend them for other people too. Thanks Jackson doing great Job in my house.

I made the appointment 2 days prior to the date of service and the company readily helped me on a short notice. The young man who inspected our unit was a little late for the appointment but did call me to inform me he would be late. He was so cordial and polite - the same I have experienced with Jackson Services the 16 years we have had them service our unit. Thank you Justin!

I give this business only three stars because we have used them for years. Lately I believe the customer service has slipped and after charging for the yearly service (which used to be twice a year) they still expect you to furnish your own filter. The service guys who come out are fine but the service they provide could most likely be done by any company for less money. They have repaired my unit in the past and some parts might be still covered, so we keep using them until we replace the whole unit.
