Great spot. Restrooms are clean. Covered area with table. Dock with light.

The city of Alexander City doesn't put enough money into the facility. The men's bathroom doorframe had been off the block for a long time now and it wont close properly. The bathrooms as a whole need upgrades. And it would be nice if they would repaint the center stripe on the two lane ramp every few years so to make it easier to back your trailer straight in your lane.

Well, it's out of the way, it provides ample parking, has a well manicured area around it, and lots of dock space.

Great location - the parking and adjacent piers are very nice. Too bad they don't have a convenient store that serves drinks, snacks, and dispenses fuel.
