A1 dealership i have ever been too. The service manager Christy peden is exceptional in what she does, exceeded my expectations. Tony castilla was also an outstanding service writer treated my situation with urgency and respect. Josh cullars the parts manager did more than I could of expected found everything I needed and helped me beyond what I expected. Jason and Derrick best technicians T.C Tolliver and Howard Hall great service manager.nAll in all the best experience I HAVE EVER GOT AT A DEALERSHIP HIGHLY-QUALIFIED HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. Aside from doing a great job at what they all do. They treated me with genuine care. They treated me the way we are suppose to treat each other and help each other out especially in a time of need like this . REAL SATISFIED CUSTOMER. Thus far this is the best dealership i have ever been too in my life. The service manager Christy peden is far beyond what I could ever expect from a service manager ud83dudc4f. Tony castilla was an excellent service writer treated me with urgency and respect ud83dude4c. Josh cullars the parts manager went over and beyond to fix the problem with find the right parts for my truck and getting the part from another dealership in another state. T.C.Tolliver and Howard Hall thank you for check-in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Derrick and Jason are the best technicians i have ever met they truly are the perfect duo in moper hands down. They treated my truck like there own thank you both. Awesome staff. Great work. Got my truck fixed and enjoyed the experience so much that I brought in my other truck for repairs. Both are running wonderfully and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Thank you service department. Y'all are great.

I have to tell you this is a top-notch facility when it comes to service! These guys are faster pay attention to detail and are way better than Brewbaker. I will only be bringing my Ram 1500 to Tallassee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Don't ever go here. I went here and got a truck. The check engine light came on the very, next day. I told them. They told me to bring it in the next day. So I came back a week later and they told me. I was responsible for the diagnostic test which was over $100.00 .they had to run the test to see was it under the warranty for the part of the truck. So I had to take it to a mechanic in which I spent over $500.00 more dollars to get fixed. The same test that auto zone did for free. The mechanic said it was the same part. And he also said. They plugged me gas tank to make the check engine light go off. I usually get all my cars from Stivers which I should have did anyway. Plus I would have gotten a better deal. But If you go here. Please, please please go and get it checked it out at auto zone 1st. To each and everyone who knew about this. Just know GOD is not sleep.
