They seemed run down
Just came to the store to grab some sodas I need a few of the items. The store had carts and boxes all over. The place really needs to be cleaned and organized. Just like most retail stores, this place is understaffed. And need support from other stores or from corporate. However the cashier was polite during this trip.
I frequent this Dollar General 5 to 10 times monthly, and the store's managers and clerks have always been polite and helpful. The store is kept well stocked and reasonably clean, which is difficult with the customer traffic they have. Their toiletries and kitchen supplies as well as pet supplies and dental supplies is very good, and I save on many drinks, beer, food items ,and other items too numerous to mention. It is my favorite convenience thrift shop in Montgomery.
Visited Cell Phone Rehab. Prompt service even though they were extremely busy. Checked my phone & problem would not duplicate so no charge. Thank you CPR.
For the short time that I have been living in Montgomery AL, I've been shopping here as it's near my Mother's house because I have been taking care of my 93 year old mother with dementia. But having this shopping center nearby has been a great experience and having a variety of shops is very helpful.
