Everyone knows that SOL is hands down THE BEST authentic Mexican food Montgomery and soon to be Pike Road have to offer. The staff are incredible. The manager, Jordan, has always been the utmost respectful and is always hard at work when I visit. I’m a regular, I dine here at least once a week and I can assure you that you will have a five star experience when you come. This establishment is always full of happy customers, and will continue to be. The atmosphere, food, and employees speak for themselves. I highly recommend.
Sol's has some of the Best Gaucamole I've had at a local establishment. They make it occurring to your taste. And the chips are salsa are made fresh daily and unlimited. I also, enjoy their selection of street tacos, shrimp, pastor, cows tongue and tripe. Don't knock any of it until you have sat down and tried it. The manager, hostess and staff are all down to earth and make your dining a pleasant. I personally have never had an issue with my dining experience at this restaurant. Food is always hot and tasty and my servers are always happy to see me. The atmosphere and environment are very welcoming and never hostile. Some of these recent comments and reviews on here are confusing. Makes me wonder if any of these people have even eaten here before. Weird.
No matter the time of day, COVID, or whether you dine in/dine out Sol Mexican Restaurant is great choice. With their delicious food, quick service, and polite servers I keep wanting to come back. Their authentic Mexican menu gives you a taste of culture from the comfort of the Capital. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!
EXCELLENT!!!! We Stayed overnight in Montgomery, AL and couldn't ask for a better place to eat. Food was GREAT, portions were very generous and the service was AWESOME! Would definitely recommend and will definitely eat here again if I'm in the area.
