My second time at this restaurant, my boyfriend’s first. I was excited to take him to get a nice meal. We waited two hours for cold food and our vegetables to be brought out hot after the fact. Took the food to go, at this point it was almost 10:30. We were supposed to take home food to one of our children, she had to improvise for dinner. Got home starved, warmed the food and it was less than mediocre. I could have made a better meal at home. The vegetables weren’t seasoned at all. The steak wouldn’t have been worth the price. Was promised a dessert for our wait but never received that. A horrible experience and won’t be back. By the way I know the response from this establishment is automated so no need for that. Not good for business, way to make your customers feel better about their bad experiences!
I love the Impossible burger at this place wow! It's the best impossible burger that I have EVER tasted. I had to flag my waitress down and make sure that it was not actually meat because it tasted that good! Our waitress was also so sweet and accommodating. She fulfilled our requests and was extremely helpful.
Stopped in for supper, I ordered the fresh greens salad, Chile rubbed Delmonico steak and southwestern so heat in potatoes. The service was good, David was our server, the salad was absolutely the best I've ever gotten, anywhere! The greens were fresh, crisp and chilled and the dressing just accented the flavor, the steak was a treat, cooked to perfection, and the Chile rub was just right, zing with the near perfect element of heat and this was augmented by the au gratin potatoes, cheesy with a proper zest. Stop in. I don't think you'll be disappointed
Firebird was the first restaurant my friend and I sat in after the Corona quarantine was lifted. As you can imagine we were very apprehensive. As usual, Firebirds put there best foot forward and we felt welcome and safe as we entered the restaurant. We felt so comfortable we went back the next day. Our server was amazing! We were there for 3 hours (happy hour) and she constantly checked in to make sure we were good! Food was great and drinks were amazing!
Our server was Madelyn, and she was awesome. I've never had an aged steak before, and is the reason for the four stars. It tasted just like a regular steak and maybe it was me but fell below expectations. They did make me a to go steak that looks and smells much better though and I'm excited. Come see her she is amazing!
