The bugs take completely over the apartments. It takes maintenance forever to come fix something. Then they be acting like they haven’t received your rent when in fact it has been turned in. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. This is my first year here and will be my last.

This Place Is A Joke, I Honestly Feel Bad For Anyone Living Out There. Work Orders Take A Good Month To Fill & Complete. By Then You'll Prob Have An Additional 2 More Problems Appear. Women At The Office Are As Clueless As They Look. They Take Rent Payments Like Champs Tho!! Currently Driving From Columbus To Montgomery Just So My BF Can Shower & Wash Clothes Bc His Hot Water Heater Has Been Out For 3 Weeks. His A/C Blows Warm Air Just In Time For Summer. (They Supposedly Fixed This Problem Last Time He Has Them Over For It.) & Just This Evening The Kitchen Sink Started Leaking, Causing A Lovely Flooded Space. Constant Shooting but you get used to that. I've already contacted the better business bureau, they'll be out for a home visit next week. We'll see how it goes. Do yourself & whoever else a favor a AVOID!!

Slum town. Mold, No A/C, gun fights are scheduled weekly, the place is a mess. New owner been M.I.A, so they really showing out. Lol

This posted on July 24 2019 so currently staying here and ready for the least to be up ...where do I start should I say this is the projects they have someone that suppose to pick up trash in the morning but there's broken glass every day all day where u park dudes that are jobless always and I do mean always sitting on top of cars standing by your apartment and let me not start on how dark it is not enough lighting, the air is always going out and they so call them self putting up a gate but there's a hole in it where people come and go thru it to the other apartments and child wow the kids out here are very disrespectful cursing all day every day and trust me the landlord is aware of the activities out here because shes always out here which I must say shes like the 7th landlord of a year long least and people hitting your cars in the parking lots ...just dont come here if your looking for appealing looking place your a working class person and looking for safety because she will tell u that the police drives out here at night that's a lie this place needs to be shut down or hell really made to be a project just drive out here at night and take a look especially on the weekends shooting included the owners need to be shut down pictures will be posted
