Excellent apartment complex near EVERYTHING. You won't find a more friendly and readily available staff than here. Clean grounds, 24 hour laundromat and courtesy staff to keep you safe... Did I mention a fitness facility!!!!

I love my apartment at Addison park. Yasmine office manager is very helpful and nice when it comes to anything you need. My neighbors even speak and ask do you need help. I have no complaints, I enjoy being at home.

I absolutely LOVE my new space! I was referred by my best friend. Completed my application online and a week later I was completing my paperwork to move in. Due to me having medical issues they worked with me so I don’t have to climb stairs ud83dude0d the parking is easy too; you don’t have to struggle looking for a safe parking spot ud83dude0d Even late night I feel safe about getting out of my vehicle thanks to the C.Os!!! No but SERIOUSLY I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone who is looking to move... Its very peaceful clean the complex has this open arms feeling. My neighbors are AWESOME!!!!! My friends from upstate love this complex (possibly moving soon) If there was an issue with something not working maintenance came & fixed whatever without a long wait. The leasing office staff is the best! Kinda felt like I was buying a home! So if you’re looking to move this is the spot! Pet friendly even the children on the playground help keep our community safe and clean. Stop by and see for yourself ud83dude09 come visit us & take a tour! I’ve been here for 4 years, the staff is very helpful, maintenance comes shortly after I call, and even have come after hours. I have had a good experience here, it’s quiet for the most part and in a good area. I love my new unit, it was ready fast with new appliances and a nice finish on the floor.

Stay far away from this place! Addison Park is terrible I hate that I moved out here. My unit was completely different from the pictures they sent me. The staff is extremely rude and unorganized they need new and more management. They will sit by the phone and let it ring while on their cell phone. They fail to tell you that you have to pay for gas, mailbox, and laundry. The apartment is extremely outdated for the price. The inside of the cabinets look molded— I don’t use them for this reason. My ceiling has pee stains from the squirrels that are constantly running in the attic. There is a bowl shape in my ceiling that look like it has been patched many times that the squirrels fall into. No matter how clean you keep your apartment you will still get roaches (big and small) and other bugs. Maintenance doesn’t wear masks when they enter apartment. Maintenance are unreliable. The plumbing is terrible my bathroom sink/shower is stopped up 24/7 and my toilet doesn’t flush properly.
